Northwest Families for Life to Host Palatine March for Life this Saturday

October is Respect Life month, and with this comes many pro-life activities and events to get involved in. It’s important that we have a pro-life mindset, but with that comes the responsibility to go out into the world, make our voices heard, and make a difference.

Every year, the Northwest Families for Life host a March for Life in Palatine, IL. Last year, the event was a great success, drawing in more than 700 people from around the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.

This year’s March will be held this coming Saturday, October 17th, from 1pm-3pm and will consist of a walk down Northwest Hwy, followed by speakers and prayer. Some of the featured speakers include Tom Morrison, Jeanne Ives, and Pastor James Pittman of New Hope Community Church. All participants will be given a sign to hold and everyone is encouraged to wear yellow. This is a perfect opportunity to meet people with the same beliefs as you, and to spread the pro-life message to the public square. As an added bonus, the first two hundred people to arrive will receive a free pro-life mask.

This year more than ever, it is crucial that we are outspoken about our pro-life beliefs, and what better time to do it than in October, Respect Life month?
