We’re here for you.

Step 1. Find out if you’re pregnant. A pregnancy test is the first step to confirm if you are pregnant or not. Don’t let thoughts about money, a relationship or the future build up in your mind and overwhelm you. We’ll address those concerns when it is time. Right now, let’s find out if you’re pregnant. You can purchase pregnancy tests at the local drug store or you can receive a free one at a local Pregnancy Help Center. Common signs of pregnancy include frequent urination, nausea, dizziness, and feeling tired. Symptoms differ based on the woman. Here’s more information if you’re still unsure.
Step 2. Contact a Pregnancy Help Center. They will work gently and confidentially with you to support you. If you haven’t taken a pregnancy test yet, you’ll be invited to when you contact a Pregnancy Help Center. If you have, and the result was positive, the counselors at the center will talk you through the your options – parenting, abortion, and adoption. We aren’t here to make the decision for you. We are here to provide you with all the information and you need to make your decision. Remember it’s completely free. Whatever the result of the test, we’re here for you. You’re not alone.
