It is our pleasure introduce you to Amy Gehrke – our new executive director!
We couldn’t be more excited and proud to welcome Amy to the IRL team!
Amy brings with her over 35 years of professional and volunteer experience in the pro-life movement. Her deeply-held passion for defending society’s most vulnerable has led her to dedicate much of her time and talent towards pro-life advocacy at the state and national level. For the past six years Amy has been the VP for Advancement & Development at Wisconsin Right to life, and prior to that she served as the president of the organization from 2008-2013. Throughout her career, Amy has presented on pro-life policy and strategy to thousands at conferences and other events throughout the U.S. In addition, she has worked with numerous pro-life leaders to advance the cause of life. Under her leadership, we expect to increase the number of hearts won for the Illinois pro-life movement, and we look forward to strengthening our life-saving work as the state’s oldest pro-life organization.
