Illinois Right to Life (IRL) is launching a bold, strategic initiative to expand the pro-life movement into every county in Illinois. Through the creation of locally led IRL County Chapters, we will mobilize grassroots action to:

• Save Lives through life-affirming outreach

• Support Families by connecting them with real help

• Oppose the Abortion Industry with local, organized resistance

Together, we will equip and empower communities to defend life and promote a culture that cherishes every human being—born and preborn.
