I implore President Donald Trump to stay true to his promise to the pro-life movement and nominate a Supreme Court Justice committed to upholding and defending the right to life of the unborn.
Letter to President Donald Trump
Dear Mr. President,
We, the pro-life people of the state of Illinois, are writing to you to request the nomination of a justice to the U.S. Supreme Court who is committed to defending the sanctity of human life.
Since the Supreme Court ruled on the infamous Roe v. Wade in 1973, the unborn in our nation have faced imminent danger at the hands of the abortion industry. Every day, thousands of children are gruesomely murdered inside their mothers’ wombs. Can we truly call ourselves a civilized nation, when we’ve grown so accustomed to taking the lives of our own? There is no greater stain on the face of our country than that of abortion; it is time to put an end to this horrible genocide once and for all.
It’s for this reason, Mr. President, that we implore you to consult your conscience as a father, a grandfather, and as a human being, and make the choice that could eliminate the threat of abortion in this country. We believe that the time for change is now. With every passing day, more lives are lost, more women are hurt, and more families are destroyed because of abortion. This must end today.
You campaigned on a promise to the pro-life people of this country, and you have not disappointed us yet. Now, you have the opportunity to change the course of history, Mr. President. You have the power to nominate a justice who’s committed to defending the right to life that is promised to each American in our U.S. Constitution. The future children of our country are depending on it.
You are in our thoughts and prayers. May God bless you and your family.
Sincerely,
Mary Kate Knorr
