SARAH HUCKABEE SANDERS, FORMER WHITE HOUSE PRESS SECRETARY AND GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE, TO KEYNOTE ILLINOIS RIGHT TO LIFE EVENT
February 4, 2021—(Chicago) Illinois Right to Life recently announced that Sarah Huckabee Sanders, former White House Press Secretary and Arkansas gubernatorial candidate, will be the keynote speaker for their 52nd annual Leaders for Life banquet.
After postponing the 2020 banquet due to COVID-19 restrictions, Illinois Right to Life revealed the banquet would be rescheduled for April 30th, 2021.
“We at Illinois Right to Life are thrilled to finally be welcoming Sarah Huckabee Sanders to our state,” said IRL Executive Director Amy Gehrke. “Her bold witness for life is exactly what we need in our current political climate. I have no doubt that her message will inspire all of us to continue being fearless advocates for life in Illinois.”
A trusted confidante of President Trump, Sarah Sanders advised him on everything from press and communications strategy to personnel and policy. For two and a half years, Sarah was at the President’s side, battling with the media, working with lawmakers and CEOs, and staffing the President on every foreign trip, including participation in dozens of meetings with foreign leaders. Since moving on from her job as White House Press Secretary, Sanders has announced her candidacy as Governor of Arkansas for the 2022 gubernatorial election.
As Sarah Sanders speaks, one will quickly realize that for Sanders, the value of life and protection of an unborn child moves beyond politics.
