Reversing Roe: One Amicus Brief at a Time

On December 1st, the United States Supreme Court will hear the oral arguments for the Dobbs vs. Jackson Womens’ Health case. This case has the potential to overturn Roe v. Wade and, because of this, December 1st is a momentous day in pro-life history!

Our program director, Dr. Steve Jacobs, took this opportunity to write not one, but two amicus curiae briefs for the court to consider when listening to the oral arguments.

In the latest podcast episode, Steve and our executive director, Amy Gehrke, discuss the briefs as well as how this case can change America. They also discuss the tremendous work that needs to be done in Illinois both now and after the decision as our state’s extreme abortion laws will draw millions of women to our state for abortions.

Listen to our latest podcast episode to hear what you can do to get involved in this momentous court case in America and pro-life History. Want to directly participate?
