National Day of Protest

protestpp[1] On August 22, 2015, pro-life citizens from all across the nation are rallying together at over 300 Planned Parenthood facilities throughout the United States. ProtestPP, an association formed from the union of various pro-life groups, has designated this day as a National Day of Protest.

People across the country have been left in horror by the recent release of the seven undercover videos by the Center of Medical Progress. ProtestPP’s mission this Saturday is to promulgate awareness of “the heartless and even illegal activities of Planned Parenthood by going to where the killing and harvesting of body parts from aborted children takes place.”

And yet, the shocking misconduct of this organization does not stop there. In fact, their delinquency is directly impacting the state of Illinois.  It is a proven fact that not one Illinois Planned Parenthood has a license from the state. In addition, no Illinois Planned Parenthood facility has received a health inspection since 1999.  You can read more about the dangerous conditions of Planned Parenthood and other Illinois abortion facilities here.

Hence, the pro-life community in Illinois and elsewhere, led by the Chicago Pro-life Action League, 40 Days for Life, Created Equal, and the Citizens for a Pro-life Society, are dedicating their time on this day to speak out and bring an end to such atrocious crimes against life.

The protest will be from 9:00am to 11am. It is said to be the largest protest of Planned Parenthood in our nation’s history.
