The article, entitled The Supreme Court Shouldn’t Return Abortion to the States, It Should Ban Abortion Altogether, examines Dr. Jacobs’ opinion regarding the 14th Amendment as it pertains to the abortion debate and the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health U.S. Supreme Court case.
